Our client was driving his Porsche when he was rear ended resulting in $15,000 in damage. Though he thankfully was not injured physically, the vehicle’s value dropped significantly as a result of the crash and significant repairs appearing on a vehicle damage report.
Additional Notes
The same insurance company insured both the client and the at-fault driver and initially did not agree to properly pay the limits of its property damage liability coverage to resolve the significant diminution of value claim.
