Client suffered work-related low back injury. Later, fell at home due to leg pain/weakness from the back injury, injuring neck and requiring cervical fusion surgery. Insurance company denied neck treatment. Firm won Review Petition to expand injury description to include cervical condition and payment for neck surgery.

Original accepted injury was low back (annular tear) from Amazon Distribution. Firm successfully argued neck injury was caused by leg weakness/numbness from work-related low back injury. Insurance company also ordered to pay legal fees.
