Isiah Boyd, a SEPTA bus driver, suffered traumatic brain injury from a collision with a trash removal truck. Jury awarded $700,000 to Isiah Boyd and $50,000 to his wife, Alisha Boyd, for loss of consortium. Defendant Accurate Trash removal did not contest liability. Boyd diagnosed with post-concussive syndrome and mild head injury. Gerald B. Baldino Jr. represented Boyd.
