Our client was a ranch hand at a north Texas ranch and was involved in a single UTV accident. He was thrown from the UTV while not wearing a helmet and was killed. The defense originally denied liability. In litigation, we established that the ranch owed a duty to train on safety and enforce safety rules, which they failed to do. The case was settled.
