Bland Richter successfully represented the owners of a 200,000 sq.ft. commercial building in a dispute against a tenant regarding the responsibility for replacing a 20 year old roof. Prior to trial, the tenant agreed to pay $250,000 to settle the claim. The owners were then able to install a new roof for a lesser amount.
