Case Details
United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reversed and vacated the district court’s decision to impose sanctions against KAASS LAW under 28 U.S.C. 1927, holding that the statute does not permit sanctions against a law firm.
Additional Notes
KAASS LAW successfully argued that sanctions under 28 U.S.C. § 1927 can only be made against an individual attorney, not a law firm.
