Client K.C. was charged with numerous felonies for alleged involvement in the Fortuna and Brewer murder cases, including accessory after the fact to Second-Degree Murder and Mutilation of a Dead Human Body. Mr. Titus prevented K.C.'s case from being joined with her co-defendant's case due to 'confrontation or sixth amendment' issues.
