DunbarMonroe, PLLC, successfully defended a national motor carrier and its driver in a case where the plaintiff alleged the motorcycle on which she was a passenger was forced off the road by the defendant’s tractor-trailer driver. After a trial on the matter in April 2014, the jury found motor carrier’s driver was not negligent, and the court entered judgment in favor of the defendants.
