Case Details
Represented a tenant against an apartment complex for significant injuries he sustained when a mentally ill tenant fired several bullets through plaintiff’s front door. The plaintiff was standing on the other side of the door was hit twice in the chest, with one bullet lodged near his spinal cord. The shooter then proceeded to the leasing office and killed the manager before committing suicide. The apartment complex had known the shooter was a danger and was in the process of evicting him.
