Case Details
A husband was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle. This claim was against a young man who was driving a company-owned vehicle. Our client died at the scene and left a widow and two college-age children. The defense blamed the decedent for riding his bicycle too fast and having his head downward such that he could not see traffic approaching.
