The at fault driver was driving on the job for his employer when he caused a multi-vehicle collision after his vehicle was left disabled on the interstate. The decedent was unable to avoid the at fault driver’s disabled vehicle, was forced off the roadway, and was trapped inside the cab of his tractor after it struck surrounding trees and caught fire. The decedent was married and the father of 2 children.
