Settlement against an out of state trucking company in a case that resulted in the death of a 4 year old girl who was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by an 18 wheeler on Hwy 501 in Horry County. The 4 year old girl’s twin sister and father were also in the vehicle and sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Firm exhausted all available insurance coverage and the settlement required personal contributions from the trucking company.
