Woman paralyzed in a hit-and-run car collision, health insurance company demanded entire uninsured motorist settlement. Brianne Falgien successfully argued that the health insurance plan only had a right to be paid back from settlements with the at-fault driver's insurance, not the client's own UM settlement, allowing the client to keep the settlement money.
