Successfully defended an uninsured boat owner in a civil action filed by a seriously injured plaintiff seeking damages in excess of $1 million dollars. Although the jury came back and awarded an amount over $1 million dollars to the plaintiff against a co-defendant, it found client/boat owner not liable or responsible for any part of the damages.
