I refused BAC at time of my incident, Mark had to deal with both the DMV and the County in my case. With both he knew the people who make the decisions that can ruin your life. He couldn’t do much with the DMV as the rules are set in stone if you do not take the BAC, but with the county he knew the DA on my case very well and was able to get me a tolerable verdict. He said “This is a good deal, Take it” and I now know it was very good deal given my case.
