Settlement for a brain injury victim in Vangsnes vs. North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, Inc. et. al. The settlement is the highest reported individual personal injury settlement in Montana history and was featured in The National Law Journal's Top 50 Settlements of 2015. Jeremy Vangsnes was rendered a quadriplegic in a vehicle accident while participating in a mission program.
Additional Notes
This settlement along with the $1,000,000 policy limit settlement obtained against the First Baptist Church in West Yellowstone in 2013 brought the total settlement to $27,000,000.
