Settlement reached with the Georgia Department of Transportation for the wrongful deaths of James Joyner and Jacob Spradley, whose vehicle struck a dangerous guardrail that penetrated the passenger side.

Additional Notes

Guardrail was a breakaway cable terminal (BCT) that the Federal Highway Administration had warned was dangerous. Settlement reached in April 2016.
