In a divorce case, the value of a business established during the marriage was hotly contested. Opposing counsel claimed a value approximately $4 million dollars higher. After numerous valuations, analysis, and presentations to the Court, the Court settled on a valuation consistent with our position, saving the client more than $2 million dollars.
