Case Details
Kevin and Chris Callanan successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston on behalf of a corporate client and its officers and employees in a complaint alleging violations of civil rights. The Appeals Court unanimously affirmed the District Court's decision allowing our motion to dismiss a complaint alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act; seeking injunctive relief under Section 1983 for alleged violations of the Medicaid Act, the Rehabilitation Act and the Fourteenth Amendment; and alleging negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract.
