Client suffered severe lumbar spine injury, including disc displacement and radiculopathy, requiring surgery and fusion, after a rear-end collision on the Garden State Parkway. This was the #1 Underinsured Motorist (UIM) settlement for 2015 in New Jersey.

Initial suit against at-fault driver settled for $260,000. Underinsured motorist (UIM) suit against client's insurer (Sentry) settled for $950,000 (less the $260,000 already received). Client underwent decompressive laminectomy and lumbar fusion with internal fixation, 40 physical therapy visits, and two sets of lumbar steroid injections.
