A family was awarded $20.6 million in a wrongful death lawsuit against Toys ‘R Us. A 29-year-old mother died from injuries sustained sliding down a defective Toyquest Banzai inflatable pool slide, which bottomed out and caused her to hit her head on the pool edge. The slide did not meet federal regulations.
