Case Details
Johnson & Johnson must pay nearly $4.7 billion in total damages to the 22 women and their families who claim that their signature talcum powder products caused them to develop ovarian cancer, says a Missouri jury. This verdict is the largest jury award in the U.S. so far in 2018. It is also the sixth-largest jury award in a product-defect lawsuit in U.S. history.
