Lawsuit made possible because of California Assembly Bill 1455. Officer Noah Winchester was convicted and sentenced to 81 years to life. ELG attorneys Todd Emanuel and Pamela Glazner filed the suit. Pamela Glazner assisted in drafting AB 1455.
