Haines Law, P.C. has recovered a $100,000 settlement for our client who was found to be at fault by the police officer who investigated their collision with an 18-wheeler. The insurance company would not pay anything to our client, who suffered from soft tissue injuries in the accident, based on the officer’s determination of responsibility. To fight the insurance company, our client approached two other law firms. Both firms took the case, and eventually dropped it. Our firm took on this case and filed a lawsuit. In the end, our work resulted in a $100,000 pre-trial settlement.
