$500,000 awarded to our client for severe, disabling injuries due to a head-on collision with a driver who stated he fell asleep while driving, crossed two lanes of traffic, and hit our client’s vehicle head-on at 40 mph. A heavy presence of marijuana was noted in the at-fault party’s vehicle. Our client suffered severe injuries to her nose and face, cracked sternum, broken left wrist and left pinky finger, broken right thumb, bruised hip bone and tailbone, multiple fractures of right leg, and six stitches to repair a laceration on leg.
