Case: Vogt v. Rebounderz of Edison. Plaintiff Emil Vogt, a truck driver, suffered fractured right and left tibias and fibulas, and right medial malleolus, resulting in six surgeries. Unable to return to work. Alleged design defect (exposed springs) and negligent operations. Settled on August 25, 2020.
