The General Manager and part-owner of Tholen's Plumbing & Supply Company, Terry Yoakum, was wrongfully accused and convicted of arson in federal court. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the conviction, found him innocent, and prohibited re-trial, stating there was no basis to have ever charged him.
