Initial charges included 3 counts of attempted 1st degree murder, 3 counts of attempted 2nd degree murder, 3 counts of conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder, 3 counts of 1st degree assault, 3 counts 2nd degree assault and various other weapons charges totaling 24 charges. Later, 6 additional charges were added. All but 5 of the 24 charges were dropped after a mistrial. Plea agreement for 2 charges (conspiracy to commit 1st degree assault and possession with intent to distribute) with suspended sentences (10 years with six suspended, 5 years with all suspended). Client released on parole early.
