Heymann & Fletcher featured in New Jersey Law Journal for a case setting new precedent on palimony agreements. The Appellate Division affirmed a trial court ruling that a palimony agreement was valid, and applied a new NJ Supreme Court decision that the requirement for independent counsel advice was unconstitutional.
