Case Details
Our 51-year-old client was walking through a store when she suddenly and unexpectedly slipped and fell on some water directly in-front of a store employee. The fall was so severe that she sustained a horrific knee injury as well as a fractured leg. After emergency surgery and contacting our office, the store initially claimed that they were not at fault. However, through diligent efforts and litigation, we were able to make sure our client was compensated due to the store’s negligence and resulting injuries.
