Landmark court decision invalidating portions of Pennsylvania’s Uniform Firearms Act concerning the transportation of firearms in vehicles. An injunction prevented the Pennsylvania State Police from enforcing certain provisions related to firearms during a state of emergency and strict transportation statutes.

Ruling secured by Chief Counsel Joshua Prince in July 2024 in the Middle District of PA. Judge Conner stated that the conveyance of firearms in motor vehicles is protected by the Second Amendment.
