The client, who is a middle aged married gentleman, was traveling on a state highway in Manchester, Tennessee headed home from work. A commercial vehicle pulled from a stop sign in front of his vehicle. The failure to yield the right of way by the commercial vehicle caused the wreck. He was life flighted and had to have several surgeries and months of physical therapy. The insurance company denied liability. Through investigation and also through the use of an expert accident reconstructionist, the insurance company paid a considerable sum that they otherwise would not have paid. The case settled after a lawsuit was filed for $700,000.
