policy limit truck settlement after litigation began. The defendant denied liability and injuries. Initially indicating my client caused the accident and that the injuries were caused due the client not wearing her seatbelt.

We deposed the defendant driver, and liability was then accepted after the deposition, and the damages portion remained due to the seat belt issue. The case was settled prior to trial after expert depositions.
