Case Details

The Supreme Court reversed the decision of the Court of Appeals and dismissed the charge for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The Court held that mere proximity to a controlled substance is insufficient to establish possession without dominion and control. An earlier conspiracy charge had been dismissed by the Court of Appeals.
