The defendant’s tractor/trailer driver attempted to make a lane change on the freeway, when it sideswiped Plaintiff’s Mazda, sending it out of control. The Mazda struck the center concrete Jersey wall. Plaintiff’s mother was the right front seat passenger and was killed. The plaintiffs also included the husband of the Descendent and their four children.
