The Supreme Court reversed an Appellate Division ruling, reinstating summary judgment in favor of Jersey City Police Department in a Law Against Discrimination (LAD) case, finding that the plaintiff's failure to utilize administrative remedies for knee replacement surgery precluded his failure-to-accommodate claim.
