Client charged with Armed Habitual Criminal, Class X. Chicago Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at Client’s home and recovered a gun and drugs in his bedroom dresser.

Following a trial, the Client was found NOT GUILTY. The judge found that the State failed to prove that our client knowingly possessed the items he was charged with.
