Client charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Class X carrying 5 to 60 years. Following a traffic stop, the Chicago Police Department Narcotics Unit searched the client’s utility truck and recovered 1 kilo of narcotics.

Motion to Suppress GRANTED and case DISMISSED. After a hearing on a motion to suppress the evidence for lack of probable cause, the judge ruled in the client’s favor. The narcotics were suppressed and the case was DISMISSED.
