Case Details
Client charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, 3rd Timer. Client was stopped for no valid rear registration light. Open Alcohol and drug paraphernalia were found in the car. The defendant failed field Sobriety tests and blew over the legal limit.

Motion to Suppress evidence GRANTED and case DISMISSED. After a hearing on a Motion to Suppress the Evidence for lack of probable cause, the Judge Granted the motion and the case was subsequently DISMISSED.
