Prevailed on behalf of Allstate Insurance Company in a first-party arson case. Plaintiff sued after Allstate denied his claim, alleging breach of contract. LEF successfully convinced the jury that the fire was set with Plaintiff’s consent and authority and that Plaintiff made material misrepresentations, resulting in no damages awarded.
