A $5.1 million settlement was negotiated in a lawsuit resulting from an 18-wheeler truck crash on Easter Sunday, 2007, where the truck driver failed to stop at a stop sign, killing Penny Sue Thompson and Aubrey Nicole Moore, and severely injuring Dylan Moore.
