Richard Bogoroch, assisted by Linda Wolanski, successfully represented Edward Van Dyke in a medical malpractice lawsuit. Mr. Van Dyke sustained serious injuries and permanent destruction of his vestibular function due to the administration of Gentamicin.
Additional Notes
Total award included general damages, FLA claim, past and future loss of earnings, future care costs, and tax gross-up. The decision was reversed on appeal in 2005.
