The property damage is only $2000. However, because the client had prior breast cancer radiation treatment which weakened her health, she developed hematoma (blood clot) in her left breast from the seatbelt injury which snowballed into multiple surgeries to her left breast that eventually required her to cut away her left breast. The damage is highly disputed by Farmers Insurance.
