Case Details
A 21-year-old counselor at a group home for the mentally impaired was charged with Assault and Battery With Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery On A Retarded Person. The alleged victim, a mentally challenged resident, identified the client. Bruising images were sent to the FBI crime lab.
