Jury verdict in June 2023 found clinic guilty of submitting false claims. Judge ruled in July 2024 for almost $6 million in penalties and damages. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the finding in September 2024. Firm represented BNSF Railway. Actual payment settled in bankruptcy court.
