Trucking Accident

Monica’s client’s vehicle became disabled while in traffic and was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer. Her clients suffered rotator cuff and shoulder injuries, as well as a mild traumatic brain injury. The truck driver and his employer initially refused to produce dash-cam video of the accident. Monica fought to obtain the video evidence and the insurer settled the case.

Trucking Accident

Monica represented an individual who sustained back and neck injuries when an eighteen-wheeler driven by an unlicensed driver was reversing on a service road and collided with the front of her vehicle, dragging her car backwards. Although she had pre-existing injuries, Monica was able to secure a settlement for the worsening of her pre-existing injuries and the payment of the cervical fusion surgery she had as a result of the collision.
