Burglary

Client was charged with multiple felony charges, including First-Degree Burglary. A Judge DISMISSED the First-Degree Burglary charge as Client did not demonstrate any criminal intent to commit a crime inside of the house other than a trespass.

Malicious Punishment of a Child

Client was charged with felony malicious punishment of a child. Through aggressive investigation, it was found there was no medical evidence of injuries and Client's narrative was supported by witnesses. On the eve of trial, the State DISMISSED all felony malicious punishment charges against Client.

Malicious Punishment of a Child

Client was charged with malicious punishment of his girlfriend’s child. Through private investigation, it was learned the alleged victim was not assaulted by Client, but sustained injuries from an accidental fall. On the eve of trial, the State DISMISSED all malicious punishment charges against Client.

1st Degree Assault of a Child

Client was charged with 1st Degree Assault of a Child and Felony Malicious Punishment of a Child. Through unrelenting private investigation, forensic and medical experts opined injuries were accidental. After a jury trial, Client was found NOT GUILTY.

Violation of Order for Protection

Client was charged with a felony violation of an Order for Protection. Defense asserted Client did not engage in a willful violation. On the eve of trial, the State agreed with Client’s position and DISMISSED all charges against Client.

Assault

Client, a bus driver, was charged with assault. Investigation proved Client was provoked. The State DISMISSED all charges against Client as there was insufficient evidence of an unwarranted assault.
