Wrongful Death
Settlement for the family of Gabriel Taye, an 8-year-old who committed suicide after being brutally bullied. The settlement also required changes in the bullying policies within the Cincinnati Public School system.
Truck Accident
Ohio Appellate Court overturned the speeding conviction of a FedEx truck driver, Ardjan Bardhi, who was fined $50 in 2012. The court ruled that the prosecution failed to sufficiently prove the weight of the vehicle, an essential element of the charge, thereby depriving Bardhi of due process.
