Jason was stopped for driving with a broken headlight and arrested for operating while intoxicated. He submitted to a blood test, which came back positive for THC. At a jury trial, Attorney Stuckert challenged the test and received a not guilty verdict.

Allen was stopped for weaving, and the officer claimed he looked and sounded impaired. When Allen allegedly failed the sobriety test, he was arrested and tested. The squad car video disputed these findings and the case was dismissed.
