Highway collision involving hidden coverage. The at-fault driver’s insurance carrier offered their $100,000 coverage and the driver had no further assets. The at-fault driver happened to be employed and on-the-job at the time, but this was not clear until we compelled disclosure. This led to discovery of a large commercial policy and the settlement was fully funded for our client.

Motorcycle accident resulting in multiple fractures and surgeries. Delivery driver denied fault and blamed our client. We fought the defense, retained a crash reconstruction expert, and pushed for a jury trial. Case was settled during mediation.
